15 lbs in 6 months

My cousins Phi and Stella are getting married in August and I get to be a bridesmaid! Good news: I'll be 21 by the time Stella's bachelorlette party rolls around. Bad news: Stella ordered a dress size too small for me and told me that for the bachelorette party she's hiring a photographer to do a photoshoot of her bridesmaids in bathing suits..........

Oh god. In order to fit in the dress by August, I will have to lose 15 lbs in 6 months. This is a real committment. It's not one of those diets that I can just drop. If I don't do this I won't be able to be a bridesmaid! Oh the agony! This means that my deep, long, relationship with food has to be put on hiatus. 

To begin my commitment to fitness, I went to the gym with my roommates today. Crystal showed me and Alice some new exercises to incorporate in our routine. I must have never worked out these muscles before because I'm sore in all the most random places. 

I have to say... I HATE WORKING OUT MY ABS! Especially the next day when you're all sore and it hurts to laugh. For someone like me who laughs at everything this is a very painful situation.

I have to say, this entry is very amusing! mainly because I've been hitting the gym too!

At first I read 15lb in 6months, I thought...she gained 15megatons in 6months..damnn haha

Anyways, heres a few words of wisdom... suck it up, after a week u wont even be sore anymore..
